The Human Resource Department served as liaison between Administration and the Workforce.

The Human Resource Department served as liaison between Administration and the Workforce. It administers disciplinary actions to maintain professionalism, public trust, accountability, transparency, and efficiency in the performance of its statutory obligations. It publishes cardinal administrative information for employee consumption, safekeeps the workforce records, peruses the monthly payroll for accuracy in line with personnel actions taken against personnel accused of violating the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the Service. The HR Department performs other duties such as recruitment of qualified agents for the Service, provide employee benefits, assigns agents, disciplines agents, prepares payroll, monitors and evaluates agents performance and provides employee training and development.
